Subject:Issue with PHP/MySql generated RSSv2.0 script...

I built a php script that generates an rss document. By adding an apache handler the sever processes my .rss file as a php application file. The problem is that any ' or " quotation marks show up as ? question marks in the final result of the rss feed content. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks in advance for any help. :0)

(code)

<? header('Content-type: text/xml'); ?>

<?php include("include/db_connect.php"); ?> <?php $query = "SELECT id, title, description, pubdate FROM news ORDER BY id DESC LIMIT 0,15"; $result = mysql_query($query) or die('Error : ' . mysql_error()); ?>

Boss-Man Bar-B-Que - Official Home Of Boss-Man!

Boss-Man BBQ News Feed

Copyright 2007-2010 Boss-Man BBQ - All Rights Reserved</ copyright>
<?php while(list($id, $title, $description, $pubdate) = mysql_fetch_array($result, MYSQL_NUM)) {

?>

<?php echo $title;?>

<?php echo $description;?>

http://bossmanbbq.com/news.php?id=<?php echo $id;?>

<?php echo $pubdate;?>

<?php }

include 'include/db_disconnect.php'; ?>
