Hi Tim,

One of the students around here (Eric) was looking at XACML recently and thinks he found a discrepancy between one of the diagrams and the surrounding written description. I haven't really had a chance to confirm this, but I told him I would forward it to the group (i.e., you) so that you can look at it. If he's right, it just means modifying the diagram as indicated in the attachment to this e-mail; the text is all fine.

Just as I think about it now, this seems to me like something that may have been discussed and eventually changed, so I wonder if it's possible that Eric was looking at XACML 1.0 rather than a more recent version.

Anyway, thanks for taking a quick look at this whenever you get the chance!
