1. Tools > Account Settings 2. Under your account, select Server Settings 3. Advanced 4. Key in "INBOX." in the "IMAP server directory" textbox.

Actually, I had to use "INBOX" WITHOUT the trailing dot to get my folders to show up at the same level as the Inbox...
