Sorry, I deleted the original thread that related to the OP being unable
to use an IMAP namespace in Thunderbird and Kmail. It bugged me for a
bit, and I found the answer (at least in Thunderbird.)
1. Tools > Account Settings
2. Under your account, select Server Settings
3. Advanced
4. Key in "INBOX." in the "IMAP server directory" textbox.
Actually, I had to use "INBOX" WITHOUT the trailing dot to get my
folders to show up at the same level as the Inbox...
