I ran through the blue-080827 demos on the SPOT factory image Bob gave me. (Bob reported it passed the factory tests, and rolled over correctly to start the OOBE "Bounce" demo.)
There were a couple issues with the onDesktop portion of a couple demos (see the >>> markers below) , otherwise the SPOT seems good, lthough I'm uncertain about the Twitter demo.
Who else can run some code?
Tested the OOB Bounce demo connected with bounce demo on desktop
Ran AirText demo - no problems.
Ran Telemetry Demo On SPOT ran fine.
On desktop issues: version has some labels that did not print. Got it into a state where changing to 6G mode did not show any
data. Could not replicate this, sorry.
Ran BuiltInSensorsDemo
Ran Database on SPOT only
Ran HTTP Demo No sign of problems on the SPOT, but:
The SocketProxy GUI Log reported a few messages then reported
the socket proxy was exiting. Twitter site never got anything
Ran SendDataDemo SPOT seemed to work fine, and both the onDesktop and GUI version ran fine
RadioStrength Worked fine with another SPOT requires 2 SPOTs
Could not get it to work with emulator as the second SPOT.
shared basestation, single hop broadcasts???
Redeployed BounceDemo-onSPOT worked fine, connected with the onDesktop version.
