Dear list,
in our page layout we generate running headers with our XSL customization. In these headers the chapter and section titles are displayed. The settings look like the following:
... <xsl:param name="marker.section.level">2</xsl:param>
<xsl:when test="$double.sided = 0 and $position = 'right'"> <fo:block> <xsl:apply-templates select="." mode="titleabbrev.markup"/> </fo:block> <fo:block> <fo:retrieve-marker retrieve-class-name="section.head.marker"
retrieve-position="first-including-carryover" retrieve-boundary="page-sequence"/> </fo:block> </xsl:when> ...
Everything looks fine, until there are only bridgeheads and no section titles on a page. In this case, the title of the bridgehead appears in the running header. I would like to avoid this, but could not find the settings to adjust this feature. I prefer to have only section titles displayed, even if this section title comes from the previous page. Originally I thought, that I had produced this effect by giving the bridgeheads the attribute "renderas sect5". But reverting this attribute did not solve the problem.
Thanks for your help, Martin
