More imput wanted!

does exim have the security reputation (in the real world) that qmail does?

qmail's reputation in the real world is:

* No maintenance - there are a couple bugs in the base qmail-1.03 package that need to be patched before it can be used, and that's still not counting the SQL, LDAP, SMTP AUTH and SSL patches *that all conflict with each other* and add security problems at the same time. * Very high security, as long as you don't add too many patches * Very high speed

Exim's reputation isn't nearly that of qmail, but I'll take the occasional Exim security bug in exchange for the power and flexibility (and feature set!) any day of the week.

And courier mta doesn't have this?
