Issue - R30 - Clarify when a <repeatEvery> expression is evaluated
Date added: 6 Nov 2006
Submitter: Mark Ford
Description: Is the <repeatEvery> expression for an <onAlarm> evaluated when
the <onAlarm>s <for> or <until> are evaluated or is its evaluation deferred
until the alarm for the <for> or <until> has been fired?
Section 12.7.2 is clear about when the clock for the <repeatEvery> starts but
it isnt clear about when the expression is evaluated.
