I know this is probably a FAQ, but I just can't find the answer right now.

Some of my users insist on using Microsoft Office Outlook. This MUA has trouble seeing Courier's shared folders (the second IMAP namespace). I cannot convince them to use a different MUA (they all suck these days anyway), so what can I do to make them see the shared folders from this MUA?
