Are you able to hit control+alt+backspace to stop Xorg? Can you show your /var/log/Xorg.0.log file?

Have you tried building x11-servers/xorg-server with the - -DWITHOUT_AIGLX ? Try rebuilding/reinstalling the port to see if AIGLX is causing the crash. If so, there is a patch (to /usr/src/sys/dev/drm) somewhere on my hard drive that might fix the problem for you...
