I'm trying to use the HTML API [1] but the documentation does not seem to acknowledge the existence of non-US tax rates.

I have successfully used the sandbox to place an order but the VAT shows up as zero.

If I add the hidden field for tax_rate it gives an error saying it does not have an area associated with it.

If I add the hidden tax_us_state with a value of "gb" or "uk" it gives an error saying not a valid US state.

Anyone got this working (using the HTML API)?
