sos,

First, the Gallery is an odd place to post this (or any) question. The Gallery is for showing off your work.

As to your question, it depends on your objective. If you're only interested in showing exteriors, as in an urban planning project, or the design of a housing development or an apartment complex or an office building or a resort community or landscape architecture and so on, 2D walls on structures makes sense.

If you're making a detailed model of a house or some other structure showing both exterior and interior spaces--or interior spaces only--it makes sense to make walls with thickness.

What is your objective? What kind of project are you contemplating?

is it better to make walls 3'd (by push/pulling them) or just leave
