Hi Kiran,

Are you looking to implement an OpenSocial container, or write applications that use the OpenSocial API? Currently, the application API is JavaScript, which runs client-side.

If you are looking to build a container that is able to host OpenSocial apps, you can start by checking out the "Implementing OpenSocial Containers" forum (http://groups.google.com/group/ opensocial-container/topics). OpenSocial containers can be implemented in any way as long as they follow the rules in the "Compliance" section of the OpenSocial API Specification document: http://code.google.com/apis/opensocial/docs/spec-0.6.html#compliance

Let me know if you need more specific information.
