What you are asking for is a doddle in exim.

I know, I run exim on our hosting server. That is probally where the idea came digging its way out of the back of my head.

But I do like Courier very much, and it fits in very well as a do-nearly- everything-needed-for-dialup-customers. I could actually see replacing exim with it, as that virtual hosting server is more clear cut. It is just my odd little corner case that I wish I had a little more configurablility in Courier.
