ok, as Dmitry explains to you, you must first install the xml-rpc component in your delphi ide! than delphi ide needs access to the internet! but for you its better to post in a delphi-forum!!!! if you cant run an example code, you must post the error output in a specific forum!

I also already download Blogger API from Tagtooga (TortugaActiveX).

Who already success with the XML-RPC and Blogger API (not Atom) with delphi7 or just know how to use it please help me with the start step till end and send me the answer as soon as possible.thx Gbu

question to you: have you experience in delphi development? try some easy example, or read some blogs about delphi, xml-rpc and a blog-client apps.....perhaps Dmitry shows you some code snippets...please search your probs in some delphi-forums!!!
