I'll do as I damn well please. Besides, that's the fun of FreeBSD - I can make one little modification to a file and <KABOOM> there goes my pooter. Now that's fun (as long as it doesn't happen too often). :)

Thankfully I had my important files backed up, but boy-oh-boy what a weekend it's been.

Backups, schmackups, don'tcha just love re-installing everything and starting from scratch. Go on, you know you like it.

I learned a few things though, so it wasn't a total loss. (like don't unmount your /usr directory - I don't know how I managed to do that, but I did.)

Now that sounds fun :)

2 installs later (don't ask) and I have my system almost back to where it was.

Ready to do it all again! Wahey! :)
