Hello I wondered if anyone else had experienced this problem. I tried several times to upload photos from my camera. When I went into file in Picasa and import; it went to a non interactive screen and an error message box popped up .... I had no choice but to either send or not send the error and as soon as one or the other button was clicked; the application disappeared and I had to start all over again getting back into Picasa. I am using WinXP and meet the technical requirements. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you -
