The same error I had for a short time.

Ruprecht, you'd better learn how to read things carefully soon. Very soon.

First, you misread my last mail, where I said to save and pipe a mail into maildrop. Instead, you changed the getmail configuration.

msg #1/1 : len 682 ... retrieved Delivery error (command "/usr/local/bin/maildrop -d rhelms" exited 75 (/usr/local/bin/maildrop: Invalid home directory permissions - world writable.))

How can I set the world writeable that maildrop wants? Last I used the maildir-command of the maildroptools.

Now, you're looking about the Maildir/ permissions when in fact maildrop complained about your *HOME* directory permissions.

You want "chmod go-w $HOME".
