I cannot deliver mail to a particular mail server because it gets the
STARTTLS command and claims that it cannot "initialize security
subsystem". I'm curious: How does courier determine whether or not it
should try to use TLS when communicating with a particular host?
The delivery status message that I receive in return is included. The
names and addresses have been deleted to protect the innocent ;)
