First the basics ...

OS: RedHat Enterprise Linux 3 AS update 6 PHP: v 4.3.2 MySQL: v 3.23.58 Eventum: v 1.7.1

I have a most unusual problem with my install of Eventum. There are two users
who are what I call my "power users" who submit around 50 issues a day into
Eventum. A week ago, their ability to submit new issues went away. Here is what
happens. They click the "Create Issue" link, fill out all of the pertinent
information, then click on the "Submit" button. After that, the screen refreshed
and they are brought back to a blank "Create New Issue" screen; and, the new
issue is never entered into the system. They can do this over and over but to no
avail. The problem is just with these two power users as everybody else can
enter new issues with no problem. Has anybody ever encountered this before? I
have increased the memory for PHP scripts but this has not helped (that was the
only thing I could think of). Every other aspect of Eventum works perfectly
except for this one thing with these two users. If anybody has any information
that can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Than you in advance for reading Have a good day :-)
