Bryan... Could he not do something like set the email integration
feature up in a way so that he could email it from project to project?
That would sort him out with his 1st problem...

The answer to both your questions is "not possible right now". We would
like to add the ability to transfer an issue from one project to
another, but I have no estimate of when it will be done.
