The first outcome of liaison with ebXMLRegistry TC could be a formal (normative) Profile that explicitly addresses how the current version of EbXMLRegistry specification is modified to to be used for SOA-EERP purposes. For example, it may have QOS objects as a first class object as 'mandatory'.

Apologies I have a (BTUSAR) conflict until 9.00 . I will join the SOA-EERP call as soon as I am able.

Regarding the Model work ... (1) Given the pivotal role of Registry I would like the TC to consider that the ebXML Registry be an alternate to UDDI. If this is agreeable I believe the ebXMLRegistry TC would be happy to partner on the creation of a Profile that incorporates elements for QoS and other key SOA EERP objects.

Good observation. I believe that some of the work to date has used UDDI, but as I understand it, the UDDI profile for ebXML RegRep should make this a non-issue. Would a specific profile be an improvement in performance? In simplicity?

(2) The use of Semantics, Business Process and service Choice Points are key factors of the Business Centric Methodology guidelines . I believe that there is strong potential for a good working relationship with the BCM TC.

Yes, let's take a look and discuss.
