That garbage was written in Chinese, but you probably don't have the chinese character font so all you'll see is garbage.
The guy said he installed Redhat7.0 and also perl 5.6.0 in the /usr/sbin directory. When he tried to install MySQL, he gets the "now famous" perl5 dependency check error and wants to know how to fix things so as to install MySQL.
