hi,

i'm using qmail (with virtual domains and a userdb) and want to use maildrop as a mda. my setup is as follows:

----- $ cat $HOME/.qmail |/var/qmail/bin/preline -f /usr/local/bin/maildrop -d <username> || exit 100

$ cat /etc/maildroprc DEFAULT="${HOME}/.maildir/"

$ cat $HOME/.mailfilter to "${DEFAULT}/.testing/"

-----

before using maildrop mail delivery worked fine. now, received messages are stored - as expected - in $DEFAULT/.testing. but i always get a bounce from qmail-send, always with the following error message: "maildrop: signal 0x04"

what does that mean?

any help is appreciated!
