As Faisal already stated in previous message, you can not edit the user who
reported an issue from within Eventum.

Some alternatives for 1)

i. Create custom fields with client name, email and other required data. ii. Create a Reporter-role account for the client, login and report the issue
with that account. iii. same as ii, but with the account being used directly by the client iv. use Customer Integration Backend (see General Setup and check the wiki). v. If you use Anonymous Reporting for a project, you can change the default
Reporter-user (for issues created from Anonymous Form), who is an Eventum User
previously created.

Hello everybody,

I have two questions:

1) is it possible to change a reporter? It would be great if the technical
support could add a new issue and define the client (=reporter)

2) how is it possible to delete a case (e.g. spam that is auto-generated issue)?
