I'm not aware of any limits regarding your questions 1-4, but can tell you
for sure that you cannot exceed the 25 character headline limit nor the 35
characters per description line limit. If you're using dynamic keyword
insertion, Google will treat the ad text intelligently: as long as your
default ad text is within the character limit, you won't have problems, even
if the character length of the string you pass to Google is above the
character limit.

Actually i am working on google adwords api to use the campaign
data services.
I have few quetions regarding these services:
1).How many ads we can add/get for one request ?
2).How many campaigns we can add/get for one request ?
3).How many adGroups we can add/get for one request ?
4).How many criterions we can add/get for one request?
And last questions is :
For ads (ie.,TextAds) can we add the description1,description2 of
more than 35 characters and headline of more than 25 characters ?
