You go to View -> Toolbars and you can check which toolbar to appear in your window (if you decide to select all of them, uncheck "Getting started" for those tools are in other toolbars, too). Like here: http://www.pozsarko.hu/pix/Stuart2.png

Then you can go to Window menu and select which dropdown menu you want to reside in your window (I found components, layers and materials the most useful but the display settings dialog box is also what I often use). They can "stick" together so you can work with them easily.
