Is there a way to change the format of emails being sent from Eventum?

Users are asking if a brief description of the issue could be placed at the top of each email that originates from Eventum so they have a better idea of what the email is referring to.

Sometimes when a brief email is sent out on an issue the author will forget to describe the issue and the only reference to it is the [#issue] encoded in the subject line. The only way to know what the email is in reference to at that point is to log into Eventum and manually look it up.
