I am with a small company in Atlanta, GA which will soon be launching a set of web applications that allow users to create content associated with particular web pages. The content includes notes, comments and conversations about web sites the users visit, similar to blog content. We would like for the content created by users to be search-able through Google Base.

Do we need to become a Google Base Aggregator to accomplish this? Is this something that Google will allow us to do, or is this not the type of content Google wants in Google Base?
