Please, somebody help!!!

I want to learn about google adwords I've tried both url's. Neither https://adwords.google.com nor http://adwords.google.com work. I simply

get the "Page cannot be displayed" error pages for both url's..

I've tried googling for this exact problem, but no one seems to respond

and answer the question. Someone else posed the same question, but NOBODY answers the question. Please, someone help me! Is there a virus associated with this page? Is there a patch or an update I need to download? Are there any Internet options I'm not setting correctly for Internet Explorer 6? Please, someone help me!
