Hi Malcolm,

As you've probably already noticed, there's a neat way of accomplishing much the same thing rather better with Courier:

1. Instead of using arbitrary "this@mydomain.com" addresses, use addresses of the form "myus@mydomain.com". 2. Create a file $HOME/.courier-x-default with delivery instructions (e.g. send it to a "Junk Mail" folder). 3. Enjoy!

Thanks, that's very valuable approach, nice to know. Definitely better than my
original one. It's just not compatible with my current setup. I.e. I'll loose existing
arbitrary emails already given away (and of course I can't recall all of them :). I know.... Backwards compatibility IS a road to hell.
