Is anyting in error_log at alert level ?

It seems that my problems were caused by error in init.d script. Server restart procedure didn't kill worker processes. I have fixed it and restarted the server. I have also upgraded to 0.5.8. I am currently seeing < 350 waiting connections (0-20 reading, 20-80 writing, 17-30 req/s). Are these numbers "normal" for a site running 300 concurrent users forum and moderately sized Typo3 website? What should I expect under normal usage?

I do not know a normal connections/request ratio. On some my sites there are 25,000 connections and 1,500 requests/s with the "keepalive_timeout 70 50" setting.

In general the connections should not grow in time.
