I have posted this before, but it looks like my postings don't reach the list, so I just try again:

After upgrading from OE 5.5 to OE 6 I experienced the same problems described in this thread and loads more.

After applying the latest cumulative patch for IE 5.0 - 6.0 all problems were gone.

I've made a new trace. I did the following things, in order:

Your trace does not indicate which command goes with which session. There are clearly multiple logons here, but without identifying which command goes with which session, it's useless.
