Hi Todd,

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried deleting the face and it did not have a coplanar face. You can download the model here:

It is the Interior face of the North Wall which is in the layer North Wall.

It could be there are two faces on top of each other (coplanar faces). Have you tried deleting the face to see if another is underneath? It could be the face you can't see is changing when you reverse the face.
