Sorry should have mentioned, am using qmail+maildrop. How do I do in this case?

if you use qmail+maildrop, you can refer document about maildir++ at:

http://www.inter7.com/courierimap/README.maildirquota.html

you can test with vpopmail and see script to activate quota

vpopmail do it for you.
