Not that complicated here. Numbered releases are considered stable, unless noted otherwise. Stuff built directly from SVN is alpha or beta, but usually stable as well.

I'm new to JNA and was wondering which version to download. Is the latest release considered "stable"? The home page + release notes don't give indications of this. (i'm used to the usual 2-or-more development track model where the latest-greatest-version is alpha or beta, and a prior version is considered the latest stable release)

Thanks!
