No, Bob Hope is the designated lectotype.

I think a few of you need to review the Code a little. A type specimen designated by a later author from material not in the original type series is called a neotype. A lectotype is a specimen selected from the original type series.

Now I'm really bummed. I thought Bob WAS part of the original type series. Wasn't he entertaining the Swedish troops in 1750-1758?
