Hello group,

I have a problem with configuring courier-imap on debian linux system.

I have users authorized by Novell's NDS - all of them has one shared home directory where all of their maildirs are. I look's like that

/home/nds_usr - user1/Maildir - user2/Maildir ... - userN/Maildir

the smtp delivers mails to the right maildirs, and that part is ok, but when I want to download them using courier-imap. i get errors in syslog "chdir Maildir: No such file or directory".

When i've changed MAILDIR variable in /etc/default/courier-imap to the $USER/Maildir it tries to look up for maildir in home directory of users which runs the daemon.

The question is how to tell to the courier-imap to use path like $LOGIN/Maildir

P.S. sorry for my english ;)
