c) When I send out using another SMTP server to an address in my domain (where the Courier server is running) I don't receive the message in the mailbox.

I have been looking at the maillog file and I see that the connection is made by the other SMTP server but that's all that is log. Is there a way to raise the log level to help me troubleshoot this problem?
