Courier-IMAP 1.3.8 contains a small one-line bug which prevents the creation of the INBOX.Drafts folder (everything works correctly if it already exists).

I fixed it and pushed out a new build so that I wouldn't have to hear about this for the next month. As an alternative, the patch can also be grabbed from ftp://courier.sourceforge.net in /pub/courier/patches/imap-drafts

This patch is also applicable to courier-0.34
