What about using ISO-10646 for support for Big-5, Korean and Japanese? Will this work?

Of course it will work. You're just adding a bunch of headers to an RFC822 message. As long as the contents of the message is a bunch of newline-terminated lines of text, reformime won't care.

Probably OT, but what is more correct - iso-8859-1 or ISO-8859-1?
