In the last meeting, we discussed having a special budget meeting this week. We need to work out some procedures on-list and then approve (or not) them at a special meeting, and the sooner the better.
So: Can we make this Wednesday? if not then, Thursday? Time: 19:00 or so.
Issues:
* Quarterly review: Who from Team OOo (or the repository of record) will present how much money there is in our capital reserve? Martin H. proposed the Team's treasurer or himself.
* How will the sub-budget owners present their own needs? ie, what list, what format?
* And (not really discussed) how will we adjudicate the disposition of funds? CC presumably would vote based on what is presented but this needs to be clarified.
** John suggested he could put together a proposal to go over the admin mechanics of these and other questions, including the last portion of Martin's budget proposal, relating to sub-budget items.
