Ant?: Sure. This was my first steps with ant. We have to learn :-) The Example?: The main thought behind this was to get rid of the couple of batch files in an make-less win32-box. The second to get a parametrizable solution for the different output formats and xslt-processors. (But for now I'm satisfied by saxon .) Maybe that made it a bit complicated.

I will take a look at Erics work.
