Hi,
Hate to ask this one, since it seems like a really easy thing to solve. Also
hope I got the right list for this one, again.
Maildrop was built seperate from courier package, and I call it from courierd
as per instructions in the comments (really basic pipe to
/usr/local/bin/maildrop)
Delivery works fine to local users, but not to ldap users. Example chunk from
my log file at the end of the message. I have tried the following to debug, in
most combinations:
- check the ldap logs, all goes well
- check permisions on maildrop, even tried suid root (just for testing
purposes)
- set permisions to 777 on ldap-users mail/home directory (e.g.
/var/mail/test.com/USER*)
- changed maildrop pipe in courierd file to have -d $USER (no worky worky
either)
- /etc/maildropldap.config is correctly setup (not hard anyway)
courier-mta runs as root, for smtp-auth to pam user.
What else can I try?
Much obliged,,
Jano
