I was a heavy user of this product until I installed the latest version. and I had to stop, it was freezing my machine and the performance was horrific. Doing any basic function, such as zoom in and out is an ordeal. It takes approximately 5 second to do either. using any basic feature is impossible. 5 seconds to paint, 5 seconds to move around, 10 seconds to pan. etc. I saw a help window that recommended to change my setting to run with 32 Bit Colors. I made that change and it improved my performance from frozen to a 10 second respond.

These reasons make this product unusable The older Version was great, it never froze or caused other programs to wait.

It is a shame .... this product was incredible. I used to recommend it to friends, I can do that anymore. It works fine for simple small things. Do not try to do any thing more.

If anyone has any suggestions to improve the performance, I am all ears.
