Hi, Foremost, hats off for all brains and hands involved in evolution of a
fantabulous tool Eventum. I am presently trying Eventum 1.7.0 on a Windows2000 server. and contemplating
to use it for my Core Support Team. I face some issues: - I have a separate mail ID to which a user sends an issue. The user marks a
cc of this mail to his boss (for whom, resolution to this issue is important) - This issue is captured properly in Eventum - I am manually assign issues to one of my Team Members.

So long so good.... now comes the problem:

- The team member did send a resolution. But it only reached the user who
raised the issue. IT DID NOT GO TO THE BOSS OF THE USER WHOSE ID WAS IN THE CC
OF THE ORIGINAL MAIL.

Why does the system not pickup all the user IDs while sending a resolution? Am
I doing some mistake here, or is there a way to make it work?

Experts of this trade, please... please... help me!
