Everything works fine, but there is a problem with sqwebmail. ... Any suggestions?

Yes: report your problem to the people who wrote that web page.

Perhaps they can show you that you did something wrong. Or perhaps they can replicate the problem and demonstrate that it's a bug with sqwebmail. Or they can demonstrate that the problem is not with sqwebmail but the way it is packaged (i.e. the way it was built from FreeBSD ports). If it turns out to be unclear in the instructions, then they can correct them or add an entry to their FAQ.

But since you didn't even give the most basic information in your posting - such as what versions of sqwebmail and courier-authlib you installed, and what options it was compiled with - you may not find much help here I'm afraid.

Regards,

Brian.
