That's not one of the checks that Courier performs, AFAIK. To carry out that check, you need to roll out your own filter.

Are there any docs on how to write filters for courier?

I agree, I can't find any good examples on how to fix this problem or setup that
filter. It mentions using the "rcptfilter" file, but courier doesn't have any docs on
how to setup this file.
