I am also interested to know about a configuration like this. There's a great demand for filtering in-front of Exchange, Lotus Notes, etc. Essentially a filtering relay, but with individual Bayesian databases for the each _remote_ account. Is this a lot to ask for?

You could probably set SpamAssassin up with a mysql user database. But that's probably better left to their list.
