Greetings,

I'm running courier 0.35.0 on a Redhat 7.1. I'm trying to get authenticated SMTP to work. Whenever I try to send mail from outside of my "local" hosts (as defined in esmtpaccess), I get:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'jrui@erim.org'. Subject 'Test', Account: 'outside.erim.org', Server: 'outside.erim.org', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '513 Relaying denied.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 513, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

What option do I use to force authentication? The client in this case is outlook express. In my esmtpaccess/defaults file I have the following:

x.y.z allow,RELAYCLIENT

Is there an equivalent line to require authenication?
