Title: Barcelona Registrations

Mark, CSCers,

First of all my apologies for not making the call on Monday. I was travelling and not able to make it to a phone at the appropriate time.

Also, we have a project that is consuming a lot of my time right now, and I'm not sure whether I will be able to make it to the Barcelona meeting. If I can't make it, I will make sure that someone will be briefed to make a full report. I should know for sure about this early next week. Please let me know if there is any particular action that I should take in addition to this in the case that I can't make it there personally.

In any case, I am working on a number of UBL-related things right now, including a position paper for the NDR SC, a first version of the CM SC portal and a first draft of the Context Methodology spec. I will have all of these completed by the Barcelona meeting.
